About Nozomu Sushi Restaurant
Our Story
Nozomu opened back in September of 2022, by best friends Danny Nguyen & Amanda Newman. We have been planning and saving for this dream for over 4 years and couldn't be more excited to fill a "sushi void" in the borough. Danny has over 20 years of sushi experience and leads an amazing team of chefs which include our original team members Anthony & Adrian. Working in finance and accounting for mostly half of my life, I switched gears after having twins to manage a series of restaurants in lower bucks county. When our worlds collided back in 2018 we knew pretty quickly we both shared the same passions: make people happy through food and energetic vibes. As front of house manager, my goal is to feed all my hungry friends and to make sure you feel like you're part of the family. At Nozomu, we pride ourselves on delivering the freshest and most delicious sushi to our customers. Our menu features a wide variety of sushi rolls, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes that are sure to satisfy any appetite. We use only the freshest and highest-quality ingredients in all of our dishes, and our chefs love to prepare monthly special rolls using flavors and ingredients specific to the time of year.
